balam — strength; bala-vatām — of the strong; ca — and; aham — I am; kāma — passion; rāga — and
attachment; vivarjitam — devoid of; dharma-aviruddhaḥ — not against religious principles; bhūteṣu — in all

PURPORT: The strong man’s strength should be applied to protect the weak, not for personal aggression.
Similarly, sex life, according to religious principles (dharma), should be for the propagation of children, not
otherwise. The responsibility of parents is then to make their offspring Kṛṣṇa conscious.

As soon as yoga is introduced, consciousness is involved. Yoga is about consciousness which links everything and everyone to God.
A purpose is involved as soon as a desired result is wanted. There is purpose of consciousness as soon as the goal of human life is realized and set forward.

Whether we like it or not, spiritual life or yoga requires discipline or framing so to speak. That framing is based on Scriptural teachings.

la force du fort

la vie sexuelle
What to do with it?
For oneself or others?
It’s a matter of consciousness
For the sake of strength…
Intended
well-being
It’s a matter of consciousness
To be or not to be.
That is the question.
Gauging one’s well-being
on the basis of knowing oneself
It’s a matter of consciousness

what one desires.
Everybody is already framed by life.
Everybody has their own beat.
But one can do better
provided one allows oneself to hear
from someone who knows better
in the matter of self-realization.

Hearing from the right source strenghtens one’s consciousness, so much so that one becomes conscious of what is at stake in the future.
What does one really want?

This applies to individuals and collectivities as well, according to God’s will spoken therein. Just imagine what happens when there is lack of God consciousness.

Such teachings are acceptable by persons established in the mode of goodness who see things as they are on the basis of God’s words. Otherwise, there is room for doubt and definite disagreement with the above teachings.

Fruitive Activity Speed.
Sooner or later Life will catch up with you. There is a speed for illusion, another for reality; yet another for the soul or consciousness. Which one are you most conscious of?

One who cannot deliver his dependents from the path of repeated birth and death should never become a spiritual master, a father, a husband, a mother or a worshipable demigod. (ŚB 5.5.18)

The highest perfection of human life, achieved either by complete knowledge of matter and spirit, by practice of mystic powers, or by perfect discharge of occupational duty, is to remember the
Personality of Godhead at the end of life. (ŚB 2.1.6)

It is not good enough
to simply study Scriptures
on one’s own
Additionally one should look forward to
the association of saintly persons and
accept a spiritual master capable of
bringing one back home, back to Godhead.
To revive one’s original,
rightful God consciousness,
or Krishna consciousness
A fully responsible man should always be conscious of the prime duty of the present human form of life. The activities to meet the immediate necessities of material life are
not everything. One should always be alert in his duty for attainment of the best situation in the next life. Human life is meant for preparing ourselves for that prime duty.
